Located in the heart of Kakheti, Georgia’s most celebrated wine region, our winery brings together centuries of family tradition and modern winemaking excellence.

Our estate vineyards stretch along the banks of the Duruji River, where mineral-rich alluvial soils, abundant sunshine, and the cooling influence of the Caucasus Mountains create exceptional conditions for growing premium grapes. Every vineyard is carefully managed to preserve the character of the terroir and ensure the highest quality fruit in every harvest.

Today, our wines are crafted in one of Georgia’s most modern wineries, where traditional methods and advanced technology work together to preserve authenticity while achieving exceptional precision and consistency.

THE KARALASHVILI FAMILY

The Karalashvili family represents the fifth generation of Georgian winemakers, continuing a legacy built on passion, dedication, and respect for the land.

This collection is dedicated to Tamaz Karalashvili, whose lifelong devotion to Georgian viticulture has inspired generations of winemakers. His knowledge, experience, and commitment to quality continue to shape every wine we produce, preserving a family tradition that has endured for decades.

Today, the family remains actively involved in every stage of production—from caring for the vineyards to overseeing the cellar—ensuring that every bottle reflects the values on which their reputation was built.

THE QVEVRI TRADITION

Georgia is recognized as the birthplace of wine, with an uninterrupted winemaking history spanning more than 8,000 years.

At the heart of this remarkable heritage is the Qvevri—a traditional clay vessel buried underground and used for fermentation and aging. This ancient method allows the wine to develop exceptional texture, complexity, and authenticity while preserving the pure expression of the grape.

Our winery proudly continues this UNESCO-recognized tradition alongside modern winemaking practices, creating wines that honor Georgia’s extraordinary past while meeting the highest international standards.
