The name draws inspiration from the acclaimed series Drops of God, whose appreciation of wine as an expression of culture, emotion, and discovery resonated with our vision. Inspired by that spirit, we created a collection that invites every bottle to become part of a personal journey—one of exploration, conversation, and unforgettable moments.

Produced exclusively from estate-grown grapes in Kakheti, each release reflects meticulous vineyard management, naturally low yields, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. The result is a collection of wines that are elegant, expressive, and true to their origin.

CRAFTED IN LIMITED QUANTITIES

Quality has always taken precedence over volume.

Each vintage is produced in limited quantities, allowing every wine to receive individual attention throughout the winemaking process. To preserve the purity and intensity of flavor, our vineyards are managed with naturally low yields, harvesting no more than 5 tons per hectare. This careful approach allows each vine to concentrate its energy into fewer grapes, resulting in greater depth, richer aromas, refined structure, and a more expressive character.

From hand-selected grapes to careful maturation, every step is guided by precision, patience, and respect for the fruit. Selected wines, including our flagship Erbemon Saperavi Reserve, are matured in French oak barrels to further enhance their complexity, elegance, and aging potential.
